# Welcome to the IRIS Chat Pilot 🎮
*You're one of a small group of Players testing the next World of IRIS. Thank you — your feedback directly shapes what everyone gets.*

## What's new
No more memorizing codes. **Type your play the way you'd text a colleague — real names are fine.** The app converts everything to your Avatars, Location, and Match codes on your phone before anything appears on screen or leaves your device. You can also just *ask* for your stats: "what are my plays this Era?"

## One golden rule for the pilot
🚫 **Do not use real Match names.** While we're testing, invent them — telenovela characters, celebrity mash-ups, anyone fictional ("gave 2 kenzolin to Cardo Dalisay, 45 yrs old"). Everything else (your Location, your roster) is already set up for you.

## Getting started
1. Open the link we sent you (works on any phone browser — no install).
2. Tap **?** anytime to see your roster and the names the app knows.
3. Log a play by typing it. That's it.

## Please try these 10 plays (then play freely!)
1. A simple play: one Avatar, all from inside, just you.
2. A mixed one: some units from inside, some from an outside source.
3. Two Avatars in one message.
4. Type the Match's name and age right in the message — and once with a typo on purpose ("50urs old").
5. Type a Match's name with **no age** — see what the app does.
6. A Match whose surname matches one of your Co-Players' surnames.
7. A play referred by one of your Co-Players (use their real name — watch it convert).
8. Try a doctor name that's NOT on your roster — the app should stop you.
9. When asked Single or Multiple, answer "just me" — the app should never ask about Co-Players again for that play.
10. After a few plays, ask: "what are my plays this Era?"

Then **free play**: report exactly how you'd naturally text — shortcuts, Taglish, misspellings. The messier, the better for us.

## When something feels wrong (or great!)
Tap the **🐞 button** at the top → pick a category → describe it → **Copy** → paste it in our pilot group chat. Thirty seconds, huge help. Tell us especially if:
- a real name ever appears un-converted on screen ⚠️ (top priority — report immediately)
- the assistant asks something it should already know
- a conversion came out wrong (wrong initials, wrong Avatar, wrong units)
- anything felt slower or more confusing than the old way

## What happens with your feedback
We triage twice a week, fix fast, and post "fixed ✓" in the group so you can re-test. At the end we'll ask you 5 quick questions and (if you're game) a 30-minute chat.
